China offers a high demand market for design and creative services. These are important and fairly new opportunity sectors in China, the creative industry market, whether TV, animation, film, performing arts, design,music or publishing , is already growing rapidly. As China’s economy grows in general, this provides the perfect environment for increased interest and spending. Building creative cities such as Shenzhen and Shanghai also belong to the government’s priorities while he manufacturing powerhouse now aims to transform its reputation from “Made in China” to “Created in China”. The immaturity of China´s creative business however, suggests the need of  foreign talent and new ideas with a western twist.
